Bring bakery-level precision to your kitchen with the Countertop Dough Sheeter, a compact dough rolling machine designed for home bakers. Ideal for laminated doughs like croissants and Danish, it rolls dough to an even, consistent thickness — helping create cleaner layers while dramatically speeding up the rolling and folding process. Adjustable thickness settings from 0 to 26mm –0 to 6 mm in 1 mm increments, and in 2mm increments beyond - offer exceptional control for everything from puff pastry and pie crust to pizza dough and fondant. The manual hand-cranked design gives you complete control from start to finish. The board is built with aluminum and durable plastic layers so it remains flat while you work. Suction feet keep the sheeter securely in place, and its compact footprint plus included carrying case make it easy to store between bakes. Though capacity can vary by dough types, the sheeter can easily handle about 4 lbs (2000g) of dough.

Please note: Once assembled, the sheeter measures 43" L x 22" W x 7.5" H. Be sure to allow extra room on both sides for the sheeter board to move freely. When the board is fully extended to one side, add an additional 16" of clearance.
