We've picked these four grains (whole oat berries, millet, rye flakes, and wheat flakes) and four seeds (flax, poppy, sesame, and sunflower) for their range of textures and taste. The blend is versatile and easy to use: Just add ⅓ to ⅔ cup to your favorite 3-cup-flour recipe to lend crunch, chew, and a nutty, nuanced flavor. Our harvest grains blend turns even cracker, cookie, and pancake recipes into something new. Add to a basic sandwich bread recipe for a seedy, grainy loaf–try it toasted and slathered in butter.
