King Arthur maple syrup is a wonderful sweetener. Grade A dark amber syrup is light yet tasty. Made fresh, here in Vermont.

While most sweeteners are either empty of (or very low in) nutrients, maple syrup contains 15% of the daily value (DV) for riboflavin, and 30% of the DV for manganese, making it a good nutritional choice among both dry and liquid sweeteners.
